• Musical Story time – Read a story and add sound effects with small instruments. (Ages 4-6)
• Digital Music Creation: Use software and apps to compose and produce music digitally (Ages 7-12)
• Create an Instrument: Explore creativity by designing and building your own musical instrument. (All ages)
• Songwriting Workshops: Learn the art of crafting lyrics and composing melodies. (All Ages)
• Boomwhacker Challenges – Use boomwhackers to play melodies and rhythms together. (All Ages)
• Music Escape Room – Solve puzzles and challenges related to music theory to “escape” the room. (Ages 7-12)
• Mini Rock Band – Each child picks an instrument and together creates a hit rock band song! (Ages 4-6)

Our drum circle is a dynamic and inclusive activity designed to bring young musicians together through the universal language of rhythm. In this collaborative session, campers will:

• Explore Rhythms: Discover the joy of creating rhythms using a variety of percussion instruments, from djembes to bongos, in a supportive group setting.
• Build Teamwork: Work together to create harmonious beats, fostering a sense of community and cooperation among participants.
• Enhance Listening Skills: Develop active listening and coordination as they respond to the rhythms and cues of their fellow drummers.
• Express Creativity: Encourage self-expression and creativity as students experiment with different sounds and drum patterns.
