Our Ages 5 & 6 Programs gives young children a structured introduction to music while developing skills that prepare them for future instrument lessons.

Musical Foundations: Develop rhythm, listening skills, coordination, and early music-reading skills.

Real Instrument Exploration: Experience different instruments and begin discovering what they enjoy playing.

Confidence & Independence: Learn to participate, try new skills, and grow more comfortable making music.

Learning With Others: Practice listening, taking turns, collaborating, and making music as a group.

Mini Musicians

Give your child the opportunity to discover the instrument they love while building a strong musical foundation. Mini Musicians is a 9-month program where students learn six instruments, develop essential music skills, and gain confidence performing on stage at two recitals—all in a fun, supportive small-group environment designed specifically for ages 5 and 6.

Class Length: 45 Minutes
Instruments: Piano, Guitar, Drums, Ukulele, Recorder, Solfege/Boomwhakers
Classes Meet weekly, except holidays and school week vacations
September - May

Pricing: $25 a class

$100 for 4 week classes
$125 for 5 week classes

Mini Violin Lab

Designed for young musicians ready to focus on one instrument, Mini Violin introduces students to the fundamentals of violin playing in an engaging small-group setting. Over the 9-month program, students develop technique, musicianship, and ensemble skills while working toward the exciting experience of performing in two recitals.

Mini Keys Lab is a joyful 9-month program designed for children ages 5 & 6, blending playful exploration with structured lessons to build musical confidence, foundational piano skills, and the independence needed to thrive in private instruction—culminating in two memorable recitals that celebrate every young pianist’s growth.
