Online lessons bring the personalized experience of private music instruction directly to your home.
Students receive live, one-on-one instruction with a Musician Now teacher, allowing them to focus on one instrument, build strong musical skills, and make consistent progress—all from the convenience of home.
Online lessons follow the same focused approach as our in-person private lessons. Students do not need to be advanced, but they should be ready to commit to their instrument, attend lessons consistently, and practice regularly between lessons.

Online lessons provide students with individualized instruction based on their age, experience, goals, and learning pace.
During lessons, students work directly with their instructor on technique, musicianship, repertoire, and personal goals. Teachers provide feedback, assignments, and guidance to help students know exactly what to work on between lessons.
Depending on the student and instrument, lessons may include:

- Note reading and music literacy
- Rhythm, theory, and musicianship
- Repertoire and song development
- Ear training and listening skills

Learning an instrument requires more than attending a weekly lesson.
Regular practice at home is an expected part of Online Lesson enrollment.
Students should be prepared to work on the skills, music, and assignments given by their instructor between lessons. Consistent practice allows students to build on what they learned each week and continue making meaningful progress.
Our teachers provide the guidance and tools—but students are expected to take an active role in their musical growth.
Online lessons can be a great fit for students who:
- Live 45 minutes away from our Lakes Region studio or in an another state and cannot regularly attend in-person lessons.
- Are ready to focus on one instrument
- Can participate independently or with appropriate parent support
- Are willing to practice consistently between lessons
- Need greater flexibility while still wanting consistent music education
Students will need access to their instrument, a reliable internet connection, and a device with a camera and microphone in an appropriate space for learning.

30 Minutes Lessons (For Ages 5-12): $35 a Lesson

- $200 for 4 week classes
- $250 for 5 week classes
